Acceptance and removal
Patch Next may reject, pause or remove any sponsor or ad at its sole discretion, for any reason, including anyone promoting unsavory, illegal, deceptive, adult, gambling, hate, malware or hacking-for-hire, or otherwise objectionable products or services.
Review and payment
Every application is reviewed before it runs. Approval holds the week for a limited time, and the week is confirmed when Stripe confirms your payment. Payment does not guarantee placement.
Cancellation and refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, in full, and you never need to ask for one:
- Before you pay, you can withdraw an application at any time, at no cost.
- After you pay and before your week starts (Monday 00:00 UTC), you can cancel with “Cancel and refund” on your sponsorships page.
- If we turn down a paid booking, or its week can no longer run, the payment is refunded.
- If a problem on our side keeps your line from running for any part of your week, the payment is refunded.
- If we remove a running placement because it breaks this policy, any refund is at Patch Next’s discretion.
Paid placements and non-endorsement
Sponsorships are paid placements. Patch Next does not endorse, vouch for or guarantee any sponsor or third-party company, product or service. Sponsors never affect which advisories appear or how they rank.
Managing your booking
Everything about a booking is on your sponsorships page: its status, the week held for you, payment, withdrawal and cancellation.
