    Command Injection in @ronomon/opened

    CVE-2021-29300 · GHSA-fg5w-w99f-rj6w

    Affected
    • npm @ronomon/opened < 1.5.2
    Fixed in
    1.5.2· Vendor fix available
    Issue
The @ronomon/opened library before 1.5.2 is vulnerable to a command injection vulnerability which would allow a remote attacker to execute commands on the system if the library was used with untrusted input.

Recommended action: Upgrade to 1.5.2 or later, then redeploy and verify.A vendor fix does not resolve your finding until you verify it in your own systems.
