What to do

Vendor response not established. Follow the primary source's mitigation guidance and check back for a fix.

This page has no inventory attached, so it cannot say whether you are affected. A vendor fix is not proof that your deployment is fixed.

The file is referenced only by the author's manual scripts.build step (node api.js && tsc); it is not referenced by the package's main entry (index.js), not imported by any reachable module, and not invoked by the declared postinstall. The postinstall script performs a local file-copy of vendor/fetch-page-assets/index.ts into node_modules via fs.copyFileSync with no network I/O and no shell exec of api.js. Because the obfuscated loader is dormant on both npm install and require of the…

## Affected components
- npm html-to-gutenberg: affected >= 4.2.11, <= 4.2.11; >= 4.2.14, <= 4.2.14; >= 4.2.16, <= 4.2.16; >= 4.2.15, <= 4.2.15; >= 4.2.13, <= 4.2.13; >= 4.2.12, <= 4.2.12; >= 4.2.17, <= 4.2.17; >= 4.2.18, <= 4.2.18; >= 4.2.19, <= 4.2.19; >= 4.2.20, <= 4.2.20; >= 4.2.21, <= 4.2.21; >= 4.2.22, <= 4.2.22; >= 4.2.26, <= 4.2.26; >= 4.2.25, <= 4.2.25; >= 4.2.24, <= 4.2.24

## Suggested inspection (read-only)
- `npm ls html-to-gutenberg --all`: lists every installed copy and version, including transitive ones. Run in the project root after `npm ci`.

## Supported action
No complete vendor fix is recorded. Follow the primary source's mitigation guidance and check this record again before closing anything.

## Required regression checks
- Run the test suite and a production build.
- Exercise the features that depend on html-to-gutenberg.
- Repeat the inspection and confirm that only fixed versions remain installed.

## Rollback considerations
- Keep the previous lockfile and deployment artifact. Rolling back reinstates the vulnerable version, so apply any documented mitigation while you fix forward.

## Unresolved questions
- Which deployments run an affected version?
- Exploitation status can change. Check again before lowering the priority.
- Mark the work resolved only after the fixed version is verified in production.
